QP-DML series 1310nm high-bandwidth direct-tuning light source integrates 1310nm direct-tuning DFB laser, drive circuit and temperature control circuit. The light source has 10GHz high modulation bandwidth, excellent mode stability、 low relative noise intensity、 good output power stability.
